Hiring for the following positions:

-Lead Home Theater / AV Installer

The Media Room is hiring a Lead Installer to complement our growth in Ventura and LA County. We install high-end home theater & automation systems. We are seeking an individual that can hit the ground running, who we can empower to lead a small team if necessary.

Requirements:

-Minimum 4 years of experience installing residential AV systems
-Experience installing and troubleshooting major AV industry products (i.e. RTI, URC, Sonos, Lutron, OmniMount etc.)
-Proven leadership skills; experience leading field crews; excellent time management skills
-Excellent communication skills; able to communicate with clients and management; strong customer service skills
-Detailed, on-your-feet thinker
-Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
-Must have a Valid Driver's License
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds; must be able to bend, stoop, reach, climb
-Ability to do attic work and raised foundation crawl (Under a house for example)
-Basic computer skills, programming experience is a plus
